From the model page onward, including the cart, payment and order tracking, the site is in Vietnamese.Payment is a bank transfer in VND to a Vietnamese bank, with your order code as the transfer note. The delivery address must be written in Vietnamese. We reply on Zalo, in Vietnamese.

You get a price as soon as it uploadsThe slicer runs for real on your file and reports the filament, the printing time and the price in seconds. A file larger than the printer takes is not accepted: scale it down so it fits, or message us on Zalo. If the mesh has holes the next screen warns you and lets you decide.
