How it works

  1. Send a 3D file, or pick a model from the catalogue
    The send button only opens after you tick the box confirming you have the right to print that model. The workshop does not check licences for you.
  2. Choose the filament colour, the scale and the quantity
    The slicer runs for real on your own file and returns the grams, the printing minutes and the price. Models in the catalogue already have those three numbers measured.
  3. Enter the recipient details, then transfer the money
    The shipping fee is added here, and the QR code already carries the amount and the transfer note. As soon as you order you get an order code with a tracking link.
  4. The printer runs and the tracking page updates itself
    The order moves through Waiting to print and then Printing. When it finishes, the machine photographs the print on the build plate and assembles a time lapse of the whole run.
  5. The workshop finishes the print and ships it
    Supports removed, sanded and packed before it leaves. Ho Chi Minh City receives it in one to two days, other provinces in two to four, and you get a tracking number.

Common questions

How long does a print take?

The workshop prints in the order the money arrives, so your order waits its turn before it goes on the machine. The number of orders in the queue is always shown at the top of the home page, and the tracking page switches to Printing when the machine starts.

Do you deliver to other provinces?

Yes, through a courier. Ho Chi Minh City receives the parcel in one to two days, other provinces in two to four.

Can I change the colour?

Yes, choose the filament colour before you order. Once the machine has started printing it can no longer be changed.

Can I send my own file?

Yes. Go to the ordering page and upload the file. The slicer runs for real on your file and reports the grams, the printing minutes and the price in seconds.

What if the print comes out wrong?

Send us a photo on Zalo within 1 day of receiving it. If the machine is at fault, for example the print came off the build plate, the layers shifted or the filament snapped, we reprint it and pay the shipping. If the model itself is at fault, for example an open mesh or walls that are too thin, we do not reprint, because the machine printed the file you sent.
